M50 Art and Creative Park is located on Moganshan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. The predecessor of M50 Creative Park was Shanghai Chunming Woollen Factory, and it was built by British Xinhe Spinning Factory in the Republic of China.Since 2000, it has been transformed into an art and creative park. M50 has more than 50 industrial buildings from various historical periods from the 1930s to the 1990s. It is currently the most complete relics of national industrial buildings preserved by the Suzhou River.
In recent years, the M50 Art Industrial Park has successively introduced more than 140 artist studios, galleries, higher art education and various cultural and creative institutions from 20 countries and regions, attracting many domestic and foreign collectors, media, literary and artistic celebrities, Art lovers, citizens and tourists are also landmarks of Shanghai's graffiti culture. M50 will become a paradise integrating culture, art, leisure and entertainment, and become the heart of Shanghai's art industry.
M50艺术创意园位于上海市普陀区莫干山路，M50创意园的前身为上海春明粗纺厂，民国时代为英商信和纱厂，于2000年起开始转型为艺术创意园区。M50拥有自上世纪30年代至90年代各个历史时期的工业建筑50余幢，是目前苏州河畔保留最为完整的民族工业建筑遗存。
近年来，M50艺术产业园先后引进了20个国家和地区的140余户艺术家工作室、画廊、高等艺术教育以及各类文化创意机构，吸引了众多国内外的收藏家、媒体、文艺知名人士、艺术爱好者、市民和游客，也是上海涂鸦文化的地标。M50将成为一个集文化艺术、休闲娱乐为一体的乐园，成为上海城市的文艺之心。
