Let us see by looking on a fine a variety of foods, not forgetting also the healthy aspects also we should select for our health and fitness e.g. grass-fed fresh raw white-meat fish, egg, unpasteurized milk what is health? What good health does it bring? Our health: language, which means "the way we take care of ourselves and manage our bodies, which is how we manage our lives, which are ways we live to see ourselves succeed". The way we manage our environment is also key to us being able to have good health. This is called Landmark Environmental Term (LETS).



Health is significant to us "for the individual" and for the group. Your health as an individual has its own set of values and is based on your own personal biochemistry. Health is personal if you have a responsibility to you yourself as you have formed it. When you are healthy and do not cause any harm to yourself, you become responsible for yourself. You will take care of yourself, not let your surroundings worry you. When you are healthy and live in accordance with your values, you become responsible to someone else, be it society, or your family this, therefore, influences your health and you will be a pillar of the community. You will be a pillar of the community
