In this video, I will be showing you how to make kulikuli. Kulikuli is a very popular Nigerian snack from the northern part of the country. Kulikuli is made with the byproduct of peanut butter. After extracting groundnut oil, whatever is left is molded into different shapes and deep fried in the same oil that was extracted from it. It can be plain or spicy.This snack is crunchy and absolutely delicious.
