Military coup attempt in Bolivia. Live pictures from La Paz show Soldiers have taken over the government headquarters. President Luis Arce denounced what he called the irregular movements of the army, and called for democracy to be respected. His predecessor, former President Evo Morales denounced the actions and called for resistance.
