उत्तराखंड के हल्द्वानी में कल शाम जो कुछ हुआ, उसकी पूरी तैयारी की गई थी. कुछ दिन पहले ही आसपास के घरों की छतों पर पत्थर रखे गए थे. थाने को भी फूंकने की कोशिश हुई. पुलिसवालों को भीड़ जिंदा जलाने आई थी. नैनीताल की जिलाधिकारी वंदना सिंह ने आज प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर शहर का सुकून भंग करने वाले बनभूलपुरा के उपद्रवियों की पूरा कच्चा चिट्ठा सामने रखा.
