South African president delivers speech following vote in Parliament

New elected lawmakers in South Africa will chose a new speaker in parliament and will then vote to elect a new president for the country. A speech will then be delivered by the newly elected president.

It comes as a unity government is formed in South Africa, with the ruling African National Congress (ANC) and the Democratic Alliance (DA) signing a deal.
