Trump sitting back and watching as Biden digs his political grave

Former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney says Donald Trump is happy to sit back and watch Joe Biden ruin his own election campaign.

"There’s a saying in politics if your opponent is digging a hole, you don’t take away his shovel,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.

“Biden is really struggling right now not being able to satisfy either folk.

“The folks that appreciated what he did at the outset now think he’s waffling.

“He’s upsetting just about everybody, and Trump is happy to sit back and watch that.”
