Body Transformation - Road to being lean again

This is my 2024 video series where I will document the real and raw process of getting in shape and getting lean again. I see these videos as similar to a long-play for video games - this is a long play of real workouts that I use to get in shape. Not gimmicky Instagram exercises that aren't really doing anything. I try and run through as much technique and posture throughout the videos as I can. Any questions - just leave a comment and I'll make sure I answer it on the next video.

Feel free to use this video series as your own program for getting started back up in the gym again - The program is on a 10 week cycle that will change as I get fitter and progress through the year

I will document and answer any hormone related questions as well and will be as real and transparent about this journey as possible

My current split is 5 days a week of weights - bodybuilding style doing 1 muscle group at a time - Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms

Abs twice a week

Cardio 5 times a week straight after my weights workouts - Cardio is currently 40mins of muay thai on a heavy bag - 3min on, 1min off followed by 10mins of HIIT skipping
